Return/Cancellation policy

Discount Globe Telecom.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges and applicable Restocking Fee) within 30 days, subject to a Return Authorization from Discount Globe Telecom. Returned items purchased with Free Shipping option are subject to minimum 20% Restocking Fee. Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in NEW condition to avoid any restocking fees. Web and mail order purchases require RA (Return Authorization) number. For an RA (Return Authorization) number, call Customer Service at 1-949-722-6345 M-F from 10 AM to 7 PM or go to your account 24/7 and request RMA. If you use Google Payment option use your Google account to request RA# and instruction. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be NEW and in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you and reduce your credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.

Once the RMA had been sent in, we will send you an email notification.
    We will issue you return instructions with a specific return mail address and "RMA Number".

        * NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED BEYOND 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE
        * NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON OPEN QUINTUM PRODUCTS and SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
        * Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
        * Return authorization (RA) number must be REQUESTED within 30 days of purchase date.

NOTE: All returns must be in NEW original condition when returned, and include user manuals, packaging, and all parts (in the box). There will be restocking fee on all returned orders + "used", in poor condition, or are missing the original package contents when returned will accumulate additional fee. Typically 20-70%. Return shipping charges must be pre-paid otherwise shipments will be refused. All items will be inspected to insure the product is returnable. Once approved for return the credit card will be credited the cost of the item excluding the shipping charges.
All returns without RA# written on shipping box will re refused and send back to sender.

Customer assumes full responsibility for any return item shipping. All merchandise should be shipped via a trackable method and insured for full value.
